About the project

How can a dispatcher understand an incident and the surrounding city without losing track of the available units? StratOps Dispatch explores that question through an interactive 3D prototype, originally called Them Streetz. I developed the prototype with AI-assisted tools to explore the relationship between a spatial view and a dispatch console. The recorded workflow shows simulated EMS, fire, and police units, incident assignments, traffic, and controls for switching camera views and simulation speed. The engineering challenge is making the scene and the operational information useful together: an overview for context, a street-level view for detail, and visible unit state alongside both. The screenshots and walkthrough below are captured from my prototype. All activity is simulated; this is not a deployed CAD system, a live fleet feed, or evidence of measured routing improvements.
