StratOps [S//O] - Investor and Test Group Surface

About the project

StratOps starts with the people doing the work: crews, dispatchers, and the teams keeping an emergency-services organization running. I built this website to explain the platform, introduce its products, and give investors and prospective testing groups a way to explore the direction. The site connects a cinematic 3D presentation with product pages, team information, access requests, and a source-backed AI conversation. It is a separate web project from the native responder app and desktop Workforce application.

What I built

• A city-scanning home scene and cinematic mission presentation with a consistent StratOps visual language.
• A product directory, individual product pages, and a team directory that explain the platform to new visitors.
• Investor and early-access request flows, with administrative review and role-based session checks.
• StratOps AI: retrieval from curated project content, streamed answers, and source references.
• A Dispatch Lab entry point for the simulated 3D dispatch demonstration.

The engineering challenge

The website has to communicate an ambitious platform while giving each product a clear scope. I separated the public presentation, access controls, and AI knowledge layer from the operational applications. The AI content carries claim and audience labels so the conversation can distinguish working software from product direction.

Current state

The website code includes the presentation, access-request and AI conversation flows. Operational products have their own development stages. The supplied device images below are brand and interface concept artwork; the laptop image shows an agent workspace rather than an EMS operations deployment.
